I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase because it provides irons/ironing boards in the Guest accommodations. I found this extremely helpful as it allowed me to keep my clothes perfectly pressed throughout my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a dedicated workspace with printing and copying facilities.

The location of the apartment was mind-blowing! It was only 10 minutes away from the bus/train station and just 15-20 minutes from the Old Town. The apartment itself was super clean and spacious, in a very quiet area. The host was incredibly friendly and easy to reach, always answering calls and replying to messages. I was pleasantly surprised by the new, nicely furnished rental unit , which had everything I needed for my short stay. The security guard at the door added an extra level of safety. The communication with the host was excellent, and she even provided some essential items I needed the next day. The apartment building was set back from the main road, so there was hardly any traffic noise. There was a tram/bus stop just a few steps away, making it convenient to visit the Old Town and the train station. my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place!

This apartment was absolutely amazing! It was incredibly nice, cosy, and brand new with all the facilities you could ever need. The bed was so comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk to the old town and with a tram stop right across the street. Even though there was a misunderstanding with the check-in time, the host was super helpful in resolving it. The check-in and check-out process was easy and stress-free. If you don't feel like cooking, there's a fantastic place just a 4-minute walk towards the old town called Blossom. The balcony in the flat was incredible, and we didn't want to leave! the communication and service were excellent, making us feel well taken care of.

We had a great time here, every moment was fantastic. The location was super peaceful and we liked that it was close to the center, the tram, and the old town. 🌟

I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need: friendly staff, easy transport, free Wi-Fi, convenient parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. It suits me perfectly and I'll be back for New Year!

We stayed here for 1 night, it was wonderful. Had a walk-in shower, dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom, it was fantastic. Marvellous location near to old town, a short walk to Marhaba Car Park😃

I recently stayed at Nova Apartments for a short vacation in Krakow. The apartment was fantastic - it was brand new, impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished. The balcony was a huge bonus, offering a great outdoor space. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and excellent security measures. I cannot recommend this place enough - it truly exceeded my expectations.
